~19 hours. Take the Essentials 1 Online Course (formerly called “Beginning”) at your leisure. Eight sessions of ~2.5 hours comprise all the conversations, points, and questions covered in the 8 dry-land sessions of a regular in-person course. It is a life-changer. Come to understand the vast amount of information that is missing from traditional lessons. This is an actual class of 7 adult students who overcame a significant amount of their fear of water by learning the course content before going to the pool. The recordings are the real online course in action. Each session provides the must-have conversations plus the basic skills of the Essentials 1 course via visualization.

The course comes with reading material for Miracle Swimming’s Essentials 1 Course.
No equipment is needed other than the ability to play the zoom call online.

No pool is necessary for the online course. Students ask if they can practice and learn in a back yard pool, an inflatable kiddie pool, or in their bathtub. Yes.

In a pool, the tether kit would function like having a spotter with you.

Each video must be downloaded in order to view it in its entirety. Otherwise you’ll see only one hour of it.
