Guarantee

“You will achieve a level of comfort and skill that you’ve never been able to reach before; you will marvel at your progress; you will begin to understand how water works for the first time; you will begin to find what it is like to be at ease in water regardless of how you’ve felt before, provided that you follow the system: remain true to yourself, ask your questions, and do only what is fun for you throughout the course. You may receive a full refund of the course fee if you keep the Student Agreement below and you have no breakthroughs and believe you should have your money back. In lieu of a refund, you may take the course again for free. No refunds or transfers for missed classes.

We do not intend that you will be a lap swimmer by the end of the course: it is about overcoming fear, not exercise or strokes. When you’re comfortable, you organically begin to swim. Each student progresses at his/her own pace. There is no limit.

I understand that Miracle Swimming provides a unique teaching. I understand that Miracle Swimming is responsible for presenting the teaching, meeting me at my level, and answering all my questions about it. Miracle Swimming will help me learn the course material. As in any class learning situation, I know that my responsibilities are to:

  • attend all minutes of all classes
  • listen and ask all my questions
  • apply the teaching to myself
  • practice in class
  • ask for help when I need it
  • and give myself time to learn.

I understand that if I don’t do all of the above, I waive my right to a refund.”

You must agree to this to register for a class.
