Go at your own pace and learn as much as 24 hours allows.
Same format as the Essentials 1 course: 8 three-hour sessions. 1 hour on land, 2 hours in the pool.
In the deep end when you’re ready, you’ll learn your new confidence on one of our float bars as pictured. You are connected securely to the bar with a tether so you don’t need to wait for a spotter. It’s fun! It keeps you socially distant from the instructor and other students.
With the safety of the tether you learn little by little that deep water does hold you up and you can remain in control.
