Three days: four sessions of three hours: one hour on land plus 2 hours in the Gulf of Mexico. Take the skills you learned–5 Circles, floating, maneuvering, swimming–from your Essentials course(s) into the ocean.
Learn about salt water, getting in, living water, waves, breakers, currents, rip currents, critters, water toys, lifejackets, and the expansiveness of open water.

Class Schedule:
Day 1: 9-noon and 3-6 Lido Beach
Day 2: 9-noon Siesta Beach
Day 3: 8-11 Lido Beach
